Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the organization's servers, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security.
- Administer cloud resources (AWS/Azure) and assist in migration strategies.
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and troubleshooting for complex hardware and software issues.
- Implement and monitor data backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Document system architecture, configurations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support roles.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server and Active Directory environments.
- Expert knowledge of Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Server+, AWS Solutions Architect, or VCP are highly preferred.
- Experience with network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and security best practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
