Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable Linux/Windows Server environments
- Implement and monitor robust security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure platforms
- Provide 24/7 on-call support for critical systems
- Optimize network performance and troubleshoot complex issues
- Document IT processes and maintain system documentation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- IT certifications (CompTIA, CCNA, or equivalent) required
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
