Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux environments
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure
- Oversee network security protocols and disaster recovery plans
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical business systems
- Monitor system performance using Nagios and Grafana
- Document processes and create technical SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- AWS/Azure certifications preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python)
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Security clearance or ability to obtain
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
