Responsibilities
- Architect and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- Manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and container orchestration (Kubernetes)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system failover drills
- Automate workflows using Python/PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system health using Nagios/Prometheus and resolve SLA breaches
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code (Terraform)
Qualifications
- 5+ years administering enterprise-level Linux and Windows Server environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure infrastructure and hybrid networking
- Certifications: AWS SysOps Administrator or equivalent cloud certification
- Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Chef) and scripting languages
- Strong background in cybersecurity best practices and vulnerability management
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven track record of reducing system downtime by 40%+
