Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level Windows/Linux server environments
- Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.9% uptime SLAs
- Lead network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and disaster recovery operations
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure architecture and compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level certifications: MCSE, Linux+, or AWS Certified SysOps
- Proficiency in Active Directory, VMware, and container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Proven incident response and problem-solving track record
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
