Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage on-premise and cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS).
- Oversee network architecture, including firewalls, switches, and VPNs.
- Implement and enforce IT security policies, access controls, and compliance standards.
- Provide 24/7 support for critical system issues and perform regular maintenance.
- Manage user accounts, Active Directory, and directory services.
- Lead server migrations and hardware lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with developers to optimize application performance and database administration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Expert knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator.
- Experience with scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell) and automation tools.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
