Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to ensure the stability, security, and performance of our IT infrastructure. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love solving complex technical challenges, this is the role for you.
As a key member of our IT team, you will be responsible for managing our hybrid on-premise and cloud environment, ensuring 99.9% uptime, and leading critical infrastructure projects. You will work closely with our engineering department to design scalable solutions that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including firewalls and switches.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect company data.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure management (AWS/Azure).
- Automate routine tasks using scripting languages (Python/Bash).
- Perform regular backups and disaster recovery testing.
- Provide Level 2/3 technical support to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and Identity Management.
- Proficiency with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps, or MCSA are preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
