Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server/Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain security frameworks including Active Directory, firewalls, and endpoint protection
- Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and disaster recovery testing
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Ansible, and Terraform
- Lead infrastructure migration projects to AWS/Azure
- Document SOPs and create technical documentation
- Provide tier-3 support for complex system issues
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with Windows/Linux expertise
- CCNA/CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure and container orchestration
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience managing hybrid IT environments
