Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls
- Proactively troubleshoot system issues and optimize network performance
- Deploy and manage virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell/Bash scripting
- Oversee backup/DR solutions and conduct regular system audits
- Document IT procedures and provide technical support to end-users
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/CentOS
- AWS/Azure cloud infrastructure management experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Proven scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- Ability to work independently and prioritize critical incidents
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
