In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our internal computer networks and IT systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive digital innovation.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure, including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization environments (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot complex network solutions to ensure high availability and security.
- Oversee Active Directory (AD) administration, user management, and group policies.
- Collaborate with cloud teams to integrate on-premise systems with Azure and AWS environments.
- Proactively monitor system performance and security to mitigate risks and prevent downtime.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all systems and processes to ensure knowledge continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a System Administrator or similar IT role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory.
- Experience with Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and shell scripting (PowerShell/Bash).
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, or RHCE are highly preferred.
