Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux environments.
- Configure and troubleshoot Active Directory (AD), Group Policy, and Identity Management.
- Implement and monitor network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS) migration and management.
- Automate routine administrative tasks using PowerShell and scripting languages.
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support to internal users and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a System Administrator or IT Support Specialist.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and subnetting.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- CompTIA Security+ or MCSA certification is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.
