Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments (200+ endpoints)
- Manage cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure with IaC practices (Terraform)
- Oversee network security protocols including firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex system outages and performance optimization
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell scripting
- Document system configurations and disaster recovery procedures
- Lead cross-functional IT projects with DevOps methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server and Linux
- CCNA/CCNP or equivalent networking certification required
- Proven experience with AWS/Azure services (EC2, S3, Active Directory)
- Expertise in virtualization (VMware vSphere/Hyper-V) and containerization
- Strong scripting abilities (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- CI/CD pipeline implementation experience
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred
- Ability to lift 30lbs for hardware maintenance
