- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments including virtualization (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Implement robust network security protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee backup systems, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity measures
- Proactively monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Zabbix
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Provide Tier 3 support for complex infrastructure issues
- Document IT infrastructure and maintain compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Linux/Windows Server administration and Active Directory
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or AWS SysOps preferred
- Experience with scripting (Python/PowerShell/Bash)
- Proven track record in cloud migration projects
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
