Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure 99.9% uptime
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols
- Automate deployment and configuration using Ansible/Terraform
- Implement backup/disaster recovery solutions and conduct regular testing
- Collaborate with development teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and create operational runbooks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of AWS/Azure and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Prometheus)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
