Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect organizational assets
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 support and troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Oversee backup/recovery processes and disaster preparedness initiatives
- Collaborate with development teams on DevOps integration and CI/CD pipelines
- Document system configurations and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
