Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and SolarWinds
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell scripting
- Collaborate on disaster recovery planning and system backup strategies
- Provide Tier 3 support and mentor junior IT staff

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years administering Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Certification in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
