Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and manage Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure cloud platforms
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols including Active Directory, firewalls, and endpoint protection systems
- Optimize network performance through VLAN configuration, load balancing, and bandwidth management
- Lead disaster recovery initiatives with RTO/RPO compliance and automated backup solutions
- Automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell, Ansible, or Terraform
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system outages and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent certification (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, RHCE)
- 5+ years administering enterprise Windows Server and Linux environments
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) with IaaS/PaaS implementation experience
- Strong networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies
- Scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for automation
- ITIL-certified with proven incident/problem management capabilities
