Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server, Linux, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement and monitor security protocols for network infrastructure
- Perform system backups, disaster recovery, and proactive maintenance
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document IT processes and create technical documentation
- Provide Level 3 support for complex system issues
- Lead infrastructure upgrades and migration projects
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash/Python)
- VMware and virtualization platform experience
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
