Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level server infrastructure (Windows/Linux)
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT architectures
- Oversee network security protocols, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems
- Provide Tier 3 support for critical systems and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system integration and scalability
- Document procedures and maintain compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and enterprise networking
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSE, or Linux+) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and container technologies
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) for automation
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, or SolarWinds)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
