- Proactively monitor system health and optimize performance across 200+ endpoints
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute security protocols
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python and containerization technologies
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex network and server issues
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong background in AWS/Azure and virtualization (VMware/Kubernetes)
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+ or Microsoft Azure preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Proven experience with backup solutions (Veeam/Commvault)
