Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments using VMware and Azure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex network issues, and implement proactive solutions
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations
- Oversee backup/recovery processes and disaster preparedness protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless IT infrastructure support
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies
- Certifications (CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Azure, or Linux+) highly preferred
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and automation experience
- Proven track record of troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments
