Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues
- Manage cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and hybrid architectures
- Execute security protocols, patches, and compliance standards
- Automate workflows using PowerShell/Python/Bash
- Document configurations and maintain accurate system inventories
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Provide 24/7 on-call support (rotating schedule)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in system administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Cloud certification (AWS/Azure) or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- CI/CD pipeline familiarity (Jenkins, GitLab)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
