Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure on-prem)
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (SOC2, HIPAA)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity testing
- Automate deployment pipelines using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance with ELK stack and Splunk
- Manage enterprise storage solutions (NetApp, Pure Storage)
- Document SOPs and conduct technical training for junior staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL 8/9
- Advanced certification (AWS SysOps, Azure AZ-104, or CCNP)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python/Bash)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker)
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts
