Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows Server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols and compliance frameworks (NIST, FISMA)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives
- Automate system administration tasks using Python/PowerShell
- Monitor network performance with Nagios/Splunk and proactively resolve issues
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and maintain configuration management in Git
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and AWS/Azure cloud services
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Familiarity with FedRAMP compliance requirements
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Ability to obtain Secret clearance (US citizenship required)
