As a key member of our IT department, you will ensure the stability, security, and scalability of our IT systems, supporting a diverse range of internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain complex server environments including Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Cloud Integration: Manage and optimize cloud resources, including Microsoft Azure and AWS, ensuring seamless migration and hybrid cloud operations.
- Network & Security: Oversee network architecture, configure firewalls, and implement security protocols to protect sensitive data against cyber threats.
- Automation & Scripting: Develop and maintain PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate routine administrative tasks, improving efficiency and reducing human error.
- Help Desk Support: Serve as a Tier 2/3 support lead, resolving complex technical issues for end-users and guiding junior administrators.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, including runbooks, network diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator or Network Engineer.
- Operating Systems: In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2012/2016/2019/2022) and Linux (RHEL/CentOS/Ubuntu).
- Networking: Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and Active Directory services.
- Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Server+, or VCP are highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
