Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments across on-premises and AWS/Azure platforms
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and network security protocols (Firewall, VPN)
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups with RTO/RPO compliance
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to optimize CI/CD pipelines and container orchestration
- Document infrastructure changes and maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Provide Tier-3 support and mentor junior administrators
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (5+ years)
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and RHEL/CentOS administration
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and infrastructure-as-code practices
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and container technologies
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certifications
- Proven track record in high-availability environments with SLA management
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with network protocols and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
