Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's on-premise and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols and disaster recovery plans.
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments.
- Automate routine IT tasks using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Monitor system performance, analyze logs, and proactively resolve hardware and software issues.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to improve CI/CD pipelines.
- Oversee network administration, including firewalls, VPNs, and switches.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration.
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or similar are a plus.
