Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across hybrid cloud infrastructure
- Implement and maintain security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and access controls
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve outages across 500+ endpoints
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure changes and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure seamless system integration
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration with Linux/Windows
- Expertise in AWS/Azure environments and virtualization technologies
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash) for automation tasks
- Certifications in CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or equivalent required
- Experience with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, or Datadog
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
