Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server infrastructures across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and group policies for 500+ endpoints
- Monitor system health using Nagios/Zabbix and resolve incidents within SLA
- Automate provisioning/deployment with Ansible and Terraform
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and backup strategy optimization
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
- Document system configurations and maintain security compliance frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Ubuntu/CentOS
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud platform experience
- Familiarity with VMware ESXi and Hyper-V virtualization
- Knowledge of network fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls)
- ITIL foundation certification preferred
