Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize complex Windows/Linux server environments across hybrid cloud platforms
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute proactive system hardening protocols
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible/Puppet and CI/CD pipelines
- Monitor system performance with Splunk/Nagios and resolve incidents within SLA thresholds
- Coordinate cross-functional DevOps teams for seamless infrastructure integration
- Document architecture blueprints and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001)
- mentor junior administrators and conduct quarterly security audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Azure/AWS certification
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and container orchestration (Docker/K8s)
- Advanced scripting skills (Python/PowerShell) for automation tasks
- Experience with network security protocols (Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN)
- Strong background in Linux system hardening and Windows Server optimization
- ITIL v4 certification or equivalent process management expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
