Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) environments
- Oversee AWS cloud infrastructure including EC2, S3, and VPC configurations
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible and PowerShell scripting
- Provide Tier-3 support for complex system incidents and performance optimization
- Design and implement disaster recovery solutions with RPO/RTO compliance
- Document IT infrastructure using Visio and ServiceNow
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy
- AWS/Azure certification with hands-on cloud migration experience
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python, or Bash)
- VMware vSphere and SAN/NAS storage management proficiency
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
