Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Implement and monitor network security protocols including firewalls and VPNs
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Provide Tier-3 support and incident response for system outages
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell/Ansible
- Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning
- Document infrastructure configurations and procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019 and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and DNS
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
