Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain Windows/Linux server environments and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives including vulnerability assessments and threat remediation
- Automate infrastructure workflows using Ansible/Terraform and CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Tier-3 support for critical systems and optimize performance metrics
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) deployments
- Document architecture blueprints and create disaster recovery protocols
- Mentor junior staff and implement best practices for system monitoring
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/CentOS)
- Expertise in cloud services (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS implementations
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Python/Bash) for automation
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, AWS SysOps, or Azure Administrator)
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/Ansible)
- Proven track record in designing secure network architectures
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Ability to manage 24/7 on-call rotation and high-pressure incidents
