Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, routers, and switches
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect organizational assets
- Automate system administration tasks using PowerShell and Bash scripting
- Provide Tier 3 technical support and incident resolution
- Coordinate cloud migrations and hybrid cloud integrations
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business objectives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP management
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and IaaS/PaaS
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in automation tools (Ansible, Terraform)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance windows
