Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and virtual environments
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve infrastructure issues
- Implement and enforce robust security protocols across all systems
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and backup solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize IT workflows
- Document system configurations and create disaster recovery plans
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS)
- Strong knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and cloud platforms
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
