Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and virtualization platforms
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery procedures
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and document technical procedures
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on automation using Ansible/Terraform
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, switches, and VPN configurations
- Provide Level 3 support and mentor junior IT staff
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience in enterprise environments
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IP networking
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and backup solutions
- Strong analytical skills and ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
