Responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security protocols
- Manage cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and hybrid IT solutions
- Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and VPN services
- Create and maintain system documentation and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
- Automate tasks using scripting (PowerShell/Python/Bash)
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on system administration experience
- Proficiency with Windows Server 2019/2022 and Linux (Ubuntu/Red Hat)
- Strong knowledge of networking principles (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Certifications (CompTIA Server+, MCSA, or Linux+) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
