Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure)
- Proactively monitor system health using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response protocols
- Automate provisioning via Terraform/Ansible for scalability
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, and enterprise network services
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with Windows/Linux environments
- Expert-level certification (CompTIA Server+, CCNA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware ESXi/Hyper-V)
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking principles
- Proven track record in security hardening (CIS benchmarks)
- Excellent troubleshooting skills with root cause analysis
