Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Windows Server/Linux environments across 200+ endpoints
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols for data protection
- Oversee cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and hybrid system integrations
- Troubleshoot complex network issues with SLA-driven resolution
- Automate deployment processes using PowerShell/Ansible
- Coordinate disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning
- Document system configurations and SOPs for compliance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMWare, and TCP/IP networking
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash)
- CompTIA Security+/CCNA or equivalent certification
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Ability to work rotating on-call schedule
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
