Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.99% uptime SLA
- Implement and maintain enterprise-level security protocols (SOC2, ISO 27001 compliance)
- Automate deployment and monitoring using Ansible, Terraform, and Splunk
- Provide Tier-3 support for Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization (VMware)
- Lead disaster recovery testing and business continuity planning initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline CI/CD pipelines
- Document infrastructure architecture and create runbooks for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience in hybrid environments
- Expert-level knowledge of Windows Server 2019+ and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu)
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) and automation tools
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect/DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix) and SIEM platforms
- Proven track record of managing complex network infrastructure (Cisco/Juniper)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with incident management experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
