Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across cloud and on-premises infrastructure
- Implement security protocols, patch management, and disaster recovery solutions
- Monitor system performance using tools like Nagios and Splunk
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline automation
- Provide Tier 3 support and documentation for complex technical issues
- Lead infrastructure projects including migrations and capacity planning
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in system administration with Linux/Windows environments
- Expertise in AWS/Azure cloud services and virtualization (VMware/KVM)
- Strong scripting skills (Python/Bash/PowerShell)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network and system issues
