Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows/Linux servers and cloud environments (AWS/Azure)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and monitor system health
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Troubleshoot complex network issues and performance bottlenecks
- Document IT infrastructure and create disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines
- Provide Level 3 support for critical systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, VMware, and PowerShell/Bash
- AWS/Azure certification (e.g., Solutions Architect)
- Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN)
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
