Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Windows/Linux server environments supporting 500+ users
- Manage hybrid cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) with 99.99% uptime SLA
- Execute enterprise-level security protocols including vulnerability assessments and compliance audits
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response for critical systems
- Automate workflows using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Mentor junior administrators and document SOPs
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Active Directory, VMware, and containerization
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CISSP certification
- Experience with FedRAMP/NIST compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell/Bash) and infrastructure-as-code tools
- Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting complex multi-tiered systems
