Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments across on-premises and cloud platforms
- Implement robust cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Oversee network infrastructure including firewalls, VPNs, and Active Directory
- Automate system monitoring and maintenance using PowerShell, Python, and Ansible
- Provide Tier-3 technical support and lead disaster recovery initiatives
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system configurations and maintain compliance standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise system administration
- Expertise in Windows Server 2016/2019 and RHEL/CentOS
- Certifications: CompTIA Server+ or AWS/Azure Solutions Architect
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation tools
- Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking and DNS/DHCP
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) and containerization (Docker)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
