Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable cloud/on-prem infrastructure solutions
- Manage Windows/Linux systems, virtualization (VMware/KVM), and container orchestration
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC2)
- Automate workflows using Ansible, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Lead disaster recovery planning and incident response
- Mentor junior team members on best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expert proficiency in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- AWS/Azure certification or equivalent cloud expertise
- Experience with monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
