What you'll achieve:
- Optimize enterprise-level infrastructure across hybrid cloud environments
- Lead system migrations and disaster recovery initiatives
- Mentor junior administrators while implementing automation best practices
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline integration
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server and Linux environments (200+ systems)
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity frameworks including NIST compliance
- Automate deployment processes using Ansible/Terraform
- Lead capacity planning and performance tuning initiatives
- Coordinate vendor relationships for enterprise software/hardware
- Document SOPs and runbooks for critical infrastructure
- Respond to incidents with SLA-driven resolution protocols
Qualifications
- 5+ years in enterprise system administration with hybrid cloud experience
- Expert-level certifications: AWS/Azure Solutions Architect + CompTIA Server+
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and Bash scripting
- Deep knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP infrastructure
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Proven incident management in high-availability environments
- Strong communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
