Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS/Azure) to ensure high availability and performance.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex Linux (RHEL/CentOS) and Windows Server environments, including Active Directory and identity management.
- Automate routine tasks and deployment pipelines using PowerShell, Bash, or Python to increase operational efficiency.
- Monitor system health, security, and compliance using advanced monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog, Nagios).
- Lead incident response efforts for critical system outages and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate CI/CD pipelines and containerization strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience as a System Administrator, DevOps Engineer, or similar role.
- Deep expertise in Linux administration, shell scripting, and Windows Server management.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, VPNs, and TCP/IP protocols.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
- Certifications such as RHCE, CCNA, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator are highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent technical experience.
