Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and on-premise infrastructure
- Implement robust security protocols including firewalls, encryption, and compliance frameworks
- Automate deployment pipelines using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools
- Monitor system performance with Nagios/Prometheus and proactively resolve incidents
- Manage Kubernetes clusters and container orchestration systems
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on infrastructure-as-code initiatives
- Document system configurations and disaster recovery procedures
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on system administration in enterprise environments
- Expert-level proficiency in Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu) and Windows Server
- AWS/Azure certification and cloud architecture experience
- Advanced scripting capabilities (Python, Bash, PowerShell)
- Strong understanding of network protocols and security best practices
- Experience with virtualization (VMware/KVM) and containerization
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical certification
