Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Linux/Windows server environments across AWS and Azure
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity protocols including firewalls and IDS/IPS
- Lead disaster recovery planning and execute system backups/restores
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform and Ansible
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents within SLA
- Collaborate with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Document system architecture and create maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- 5+ years of enterprise system administration experience
- Expertise in Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP configuration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- AWS/Azure certifications (Solutions Architect or SysOps preferred)
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Ability to work rotating on-call shifts (1 week/month)
- Proficient in monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, Datadog)
