Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based server infrastructure (Windows Server and Linux).
- Implement and enforce robust network security policies and data protection measures.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot complex hardware/software issues, and perform proactive maintenance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
- Administer Active Directory, user accounts, and group policies to ensure seamless access management.
- Conduct regular backups, disaster recovery testing, and system audits to ensure compliance.
- Document technical configurations, procedures, and runbooks for knowledge sharing.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in System Administration or IT Support.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (Ubuntu/RedHat), and Active Directory.
- Expert knowledge of PowerShell scripting and network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
